SHIPPING
We ship Australia Wide from Sydney, Australia. All orders in stock will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number.
Ella’s Bowtique does not hold any responsibility for items once they have been posted.
Authority to Leave:
To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, all orders are sent with Authority to Leave the parcel at your shipping address. If you do not give consent for the Courier to leave your parcel if you are not home please note this in the comments section at check-out.

AUSTRALIA
We offer free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $99.00
For orders less than $99.00, standard shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $9.95.
Orders sent via standard shipping usually arrive within 3-6 working days from the day of dispatch. If anything changes we will notify you as soon as possible, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Express Domestic Shipping - select this option at check-out if you really need to receive your order as quickly as possible within Australia. While we always do our best to dispatch orders as soon as possible, selecting this option will bump you to the front of the queue. This option is charged as an additional $3 shipping fee.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return any item (except custom handmade) purchased from ellasbowtique.com.au within 30 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

Email sales@ellasbowtique.com.au with your order number, return/exchange request and return address. We will respond within 1 business day with details as to how your return or exchange will be processed.

Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund or exchange.
Once your package reaches us, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Returns shipping costs for change of mind or size to be incurred by the customer.
If you refuse a shipment from Ella’s Bowtique or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Ella’s Bowtique. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
